Welcome to Hormead Village Hall
This is a traditional village hall available for hire mornings, afternoons and evenings.
The hall is approximately 100 ft x 30 ft. It seats 120 theatre style. It has a wood floor, stage, kitchen, and small additional room. It is suitable for receptions, parties and fundraising activities etc.
Activities held here include Farmers Market, dog training, youth activities, Women’s Institute, etc.

Directions: At western end of Great Hormead on the B1038 between Hare Street and Brent Pelham.
Accessibility: Sloping ramp for wheelchair access.

The new hall is designed to be build in stages, allowing for the hall to continue to be used almost without interruption. The design also means that the funding can be raised in stages, and if enough funds are raised then some of the land might not have to be sold to raise the rebuilding money. The hall is of course 'green' friendly, and has been through a rigorous planning process. If you would like to see the full designs please contact the Secretary.
